West Elm James Harrison Rocker

The James Harrison rocker was part of a small collection West Elm launched with the UK-based furniture designer James Harrison, alongside a settee and a wing chair. It belongs to a long tradition of mid-century-inspired rocking chairs, which pair clean, pared-back frames with the gentle comfort of a rocking base. These posts look at the rocker itself and at how to bring mid-century style rockers into a modern home, whether in a living room corner, a bedroom or a nursery. Ranges change over time, so check current availability before you set your heart on one.
